Walking up to the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas for NAB 2001, I see this gigantic row of banners for Apple’s professional tools. And there, much bigger than life, is DVD Studio Pro.

Holy Shit! I’m in Infinite Loop 1

After the acquisition, I was put in the QuickTime group working for Frank C. The application division didn’t exist yet, so Phil thought this was best place for me. I had an office in Infinite Loop 3. When the applications division was formed, they got their own space, and to my great astonishment I ended up with an office in Infinite Loop 1…more or less the center of the Mac universe.
