Writers Block Live

There’s a nice article about Writers Block Live on TwinCities.com today, written by well known technology writer Julio Ojeda-Zapata. It tells the story of how I ended up in the Mac business and how that led, more or less to here.

Since that is essentially the outline of my book, I was a little worried that the story might steal some of my thunder; but that fear was ungrounded. In fact, the interview process brought up stuff from my past that I’d nearly forgotten, thereby allowing me to include them in the book (eventually). It also highlighted the differences between talking to the Press when you work at Apple, and do it when you work somewhere else. I’ll go into that in my next installment.
