Absolutely the best, most indispensible website on earth. Find nearly anything, immediately.
Google News
I think this is the future of news delivery. All the world’s news in one place, sorted by machine.
MacSurfer
This is my oldest bookmark, and to me the most useful. The site is not pretty, but if you want to keep up on Mac information, there is no better place.
Version Tracker
Version Tracker is doubly useful. It let’s me keep my tools up to date, but also alerts me to new things that Mac developers are releasing. (this site was recently acquired by CNET, who I assume will ruin it; but for the moment it continues to be a valuable resource.)
Internet Movie Database (IMDB)
I love movies, and this site has everything a movie buff could want. Info on nearly every movie ever made, and all the people who worked on or in them. Trivia, goofs, bios, pictures, reviews, complete cast and crew lists, and a lot more.
Apple Support Forums
If you want to know what’s really going on with Apple’s products, read these forums. It’s a support forum, so naturally there are many people with problems, but there are still many great insights into the way people use their Macs, Apple software and iPods.

Very cool that ehMac made the list! We’re a buncha rabid Mac fans up here, and the traffic on the site shows it. Pretty busy for a site “north” of “America”
