This is the Internet.  2006.  It only takes one person to crack a DVD and it&#039;s available worldwide.

All they&#039;re doing is pissing-off legit consumers.  It&#039;s bad enough already with DVDs you can&#039;t skip warnings on, trailers before the menu comes up, inability to even push stop on some DVDs, etc.

I have a *large* collection of music (almost entirely paid for).  I stopped buying DVD-As and SACDs (and sold the few I had), because I can&#039;t rip them and listen to them on my Mac &#039;jukebox&#039; or iPod.

So I&#039;ve boycotted copy-protected CDs, DVD-As and SACDs, and now the upcoming DVD formats...</description>
